Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using the Tabtab website, dashboard, model proxy APIs, and related services.
Last updated: 2026-10-22
Using the service
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, access tokens, and API keys secure. API keys must not be embedded in public client-side applications.
You may use Tabtab only in compliance with applicable laws, provider policies, and the usage limits shown in your account or API key configuration.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to attack systems, bypass rate limits, generate unlawful content, abuse upstream providers, or interfere with service reliability for other users. The service must not be used to generate sexual, violent or gory, hateful, child-unsafe, deepfake, or copyright- and trademark-infringing content; see the Acceptable Use Policy.
Billing and points
Paid usage is measured in platform points. Some features charge per task, while token-based model proxy calls charge according to recorded input, output, and cache usage.
Failed tasks may be released or refunded according to the billing flow implemented by the service. Displayed estimates may differ from final charges when usage depends on model output.
Content and integrations
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded inputs, generated outputs, callbacks, and downstream integrations. You must have the rights needed to submit inputs and use outputs in your application.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but upstream models, provider routes, pricing, and availability may change. We may update these terms or service behavior as the product evolves.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely or completely secure.
AI-generated images and other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, different from what you expected, or similar to someone else's work. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for the consequences of using them. The availability, quality and policies of upstream models and providers can change, and we do not warrant them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, even if we were told such damages were possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you actually paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, and 100 US dollars.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or for personal injury. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits; in that case this section applies only to the extent the law allows.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit accounts, API keys, or requests that violate these terms, create security risk, cause operational harm, or fail required payment or verification checks.
