Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Tabtab collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users and API customers.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as email address, nickname, OAuth identity status, and authentication metadata needed to operate user accounts.

When you use API keys, dashboards, model proxy requests, file uploads, or generation tasks, we process request metadata, usage records, billing events, uploaded media URLs, and generated result references.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide model access, calculate usage and points, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, and communicate important service notices.

Operational logs and usage records may be used to investigate errors, enforce limits, and protect the platform from unauthorized access or unsafe use.

Generated content and uploads

Files uploaded for image generation are used to complete the requested task and may be stored temporarily so upstream providers can access them.

Generated outputs, request parameters, and task status may be retained in usage history so users can review their activity and administrators can support the service.

Security and retention

We use access controls, token separation, hashed API keys, request identifiers, and service-side authorization checks to protect user data.

Temporary files and operational records are retained only as long as needed for product functionality, compliance, security, or dispute resolution.

Your choices

You may update account access methods, rotate or revoke API keys, review usage history, and contact us to request help with account or privacy questions.

Questions or requests

Contact us for privacy requests, billing and refund questions, legal notices, or account support.
